Each evening, spray the water onto clean skin, lightly tap your fingers on your face to help the water penetrate, then apply your whipped cream over it. Rose water infused with rosemary, a plant scientifically recognized for promoting hair growth. Each evening, shake the bi-phase spray then spray the water onto your roots. Finally, perform a light pressure massage to help the product penetrate.
