These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to products sold on the website https://nuager.fr operated and published online by A2SiA. All orders on the Site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. These are subject to modification and updates; the conditions applicable to a product order by a Customer are those in effect on the date of the order. All this information is in French. The Customer declares that they have full legal capacity to commit under these general terms and conditions.
II - Product Information
Each product offered on the site is accompanied by one or more photographs, a descriptive text of the ingredients and conditions of use; this information is not contractual.
The descriptions and photographs of products sold on the site are as accurate and faithful to reality as possible. However, the colors, dimensions, textures and other characteristics of the Products may be altered by the screens or internet browsers used to view them.
The Customer acknowledges that the photographs, descriptions or graphics accompanying and illustrating the products offered for sale on the site are indicative and non-contractual and cannot engage the Seller's responsibility in case of error, omission or modification.
Nevertheless, A2SiA undertakes to ensure that the photographic representation of products on the site is as faithful as possible to the product.
III - Order Terms and Conditions
After validation of the order by the Seller, the Customer receives a confirmation by email.
Ordering on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure implemented by A2SiA on the site comprising successive steps leading to order validation.
To place an order, the Customer undertakes to communicate via the Site only real and valid information necessary for the performance of the service covered by these T&Cs. The Seller cannot be held responsible for incorrect information transmitted by the Customer resulting in non-performance of the service covered by these T&Cs.
Any order shall only be deemed validated after payment acceptance. The Seller shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order relating to a Customer in dispute over a previous order.
Orders are accepted within the limit of available stock. The definitive or temporary unavailability of a product cannot in any way engage the seller's responsibility and cannot open the right to the Customer to compensation or damages. After validation of the order by the Seller, the Customer receives a confirmation by email.
The customer can select as many Products as they wish which will be added to the cart. The cart summarizes the products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and associated fees. The customer can freely modify the cart before validating their order. Validation of the Order constitutes confirmation of the customer's acceptance of the T&Cs, the products purchased, their price and associated fees. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity…) will be sent to the customer by A2SiA. To this effect, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by A2SiA of the content of their order.
IV - Pricing and Payment Terms
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros, including all taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), excluding participation in packaging, order processing and shipping fees.
Packaging, order processing and shipping fees are indicated before order validation.
The seller may modify product prices at any time and without notice, particularly due to changes in the economic, legislative and tax framework. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
Products remain the full and exclusive property of A2SiA until full receipt of the price of each order by A2SiA
Payment for purchases is made via the secure platform of our partners Stripe and PayPal.
The customer expressly acknowledges that communication of their bank card number to A2SiA authorizes the debit of their account up to the price of the products ordered. Where applicable, an order cancellation notification for payment failure is sent to the customer by A2SiA at the email address provided by the customer upon registration on the site.
The data recorded and retained by A2SiA constitutes proof of the order and all past sales. The data recorded by payment platforms (Stripe and PayPal) constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the customer and A2SiA
For delivery outside the European Union, the customer must pay customs duties or other taxes due upon importation of products into the delivery country. The formalities relating to this are also at the exclusive expense of the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the possibilities for importing the ordered products in accordance with the laws of the delivery country.
V.1 - Deliveries
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the Products ordered are delivered within the timeframes indicated on the site and upon order confirmation, and within 30 business days from the order. The timeframes indicated on the site and upon order confirmation are only indicative and correspond to the average processing and delivery time for the package.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must verify in the presence of the carrier the condition of the products in their order and clearly indicate any reservations regarding missing or damaged items on the carrier's delivery note.
Products are delivered to France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
However, during periods of high demand such as Christmas, A2SiA reserves the right to extend the shipping deadline.
What are the delivery timeframes?
From shipment of the order, the average delivery timeframes are as follows:
- 2 to 5 business days via Colissimo for France.
- 5 to 10 business days via Colissimo International.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer via nuager.salwa@gmail.com after order registration may result in an extension of the delivery timeframe.
Nuager and the carriers being separate and independent entities, Nuager cannot be held responsible for any delay and delivery error or loss of package attributable to Colissimo.
V.2 - Incident Notification
In case of product melting or deformation (seasonal temperatures), A2SiA undertakes to return the damaged product under the following conditions: on the day the package arrives, you must take a photo of its condition and then contact us via our customer service by email: nuager.salwa@gmail.com.
VI - Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity as well as the legal warranty for hidden defects. Abnormal or non-compliant use of products, as well as the consequences of such use or external causes are excluded from the scope of contractual warranties.
For access to the site as well as for all stages of the purchase process, from ordering to shipping as well as subsequent services, the seller only has an obligation of means and their responsibility cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damages inherent to internet use, particularly service disruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses or any case of force majeure.
VII - Personal Data Protection
The personal information relating to the Customer is essential for processing and shipping orders, and issuing invoices. A2SiA undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by Customers on the site. This information is confidential. It will only be used for processing their order and monitoring business relationships and will be handled in complete confidence given the personal data communicated by the Customer.
The Customer has (Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning them, which they can exercise with A2SiA

VIII - Intellectual Property
The Customer acknowledges that A2SiA Products and distinctive marks (image, photographs, packaging, product names, etc.) are the exclusive property of A2SiA
The Customer is prohibited from any act of reproduction or use of product models, packaging, brands or distinctive marks, inventions, techniques or know-how used by A2SiA, as well as any act tending toward appropriation of these elements, whether or not they are subject to protection by A2SiA through a patent, trademark, registered design or copyright.
IX - Applicable Law, Language and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions and accepted orders are subject to French law.
The language of these General Terms and Conditions and accepted orders is French.
In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
X - Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions
A2SiA reserves the right to modify and update the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without notice. To be informed of any possible modifications, A2SiA advises the Customer, and more generally any user, to regularly reread the T&Cs of the Site. The Order will be subject to the T&Cs in effect at the time of the Order.
